Order and Delivery Terms

Placing Orders

By placing an order through our website or mobile app, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You are at least 13 years old (and if under 18, have parental/guardian consent)
• The information you provide during the ordering process is accurate and complete

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, but it does not indicate that your order has been accepted.

An order is only accepted by us when we send you a confirmation email stating that the order has been accepted or when we begin processing your order for delivery.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

Payment for all orders must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction.

Delivery

We offer delivery within our designated delivery areas in Singapore. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time communicated during the ordering process. However, all delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or inability to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Upon delivery, you may be required to show identification to verify your age if your order contains alcoholic items.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled except in specific circumstances at our discretion.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has not yet been prepared, we may be able to cancel it. However, once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When interacting with our website, mobile app, or social media channels, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

General Conduct

You agree not to:

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

License to Use Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal use of our website and services. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of our website or its contents
• Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of our website or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MapleSlice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100) or the amount you paid to MapleSlice in the past six months.

The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of any such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of our website, mobile app, and services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet your specific requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in our services will be corrected

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through or from our services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MapleSlice, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that MapleSlice shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MapleSlice regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the services.
